Terms and Conditions

This is the user agreement which governs our customers’ use of this website or, if relevant, one of our other distribution channels (such as our Office, or Tour Guides), and the purchase by you of the services we provide.

Each Channel is owned and operated by a member of the Amazing Tours, however not all of the products or services we provide are supplied by us, therefore the contract for the product and/or service will be between you and that third party (such as Hotels, Airlines, and Transportation).  But we help obtaining these services based on our high standards.

General Section – please note that this section relates generally to your use of any Channel and to all products purchased.

1. Please take time to read these terms and conditions. It is important to understand our contractual relationship relating to your use of the Channels.

 2. Safety and Security

2.1.   Process:  A letter of Security Request is sent to Saudi Commission for Tourism and antiques to facilitate the request from the Ministry of interior.  A list of the participants’ full information and itinerary is sent as well.

2.2.   Therefore Ministry of interior is responsible to provide security escort during the tour.

3. Flights Reservations / Hotel Booking – if applicable

3.1.   We serve as a facilitator and our prices are inclusive of required services (flights, hotels, meals, transportation..etc)

3.2.   Flights delay or cancelation by the Airlines cannot be controlled from our side, and our responsibilities stop at booking and issuing the ticket; however we will offer our assistance as much as possible to assist you resolving the issue.

4. Cancellation / Amendments

4.1.   You can cancel or modify your booking before payment or issuing air tickets and hotel booking.

4.2.   Once air ticket is issued from Saudi Airlines, the amount of the air ticket will be deducted.  You may request a refund directly from Saudi Airlines where applicable.  We may charge for some hotels if already paid with no cancelation policy.

5.  Refund:

5.1.   A full Refund prior to issuing the air tickets and hotel booking, or any other services that has been reserved.

5.2.   A Full Refund if the Tour is cancelled by us.

5.3.   Partial Refund after issuing the air tickets and hotel booking, or any other required services.

5.4.   No Refund Seven (7) days prior to the tour commence as we are already lost the seat.

6. If you want to cancel your journey or trip; it is important that you notify us with utmost urgency. This enables us to cancel your reservation To notify us of your request for an amendment or cancellation, please contact our Customer Services Team by telephone or via email,
